PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time may differ. Please refer to the announcement header at the top of the website and estimated delivery times at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Our current processing time for made-to-order items is 7 working days.

PROCESSING TIME FOR SALE ITEMS

*** Any sale items purchased between March 4th and 12th will be dispatched between March 14th and 15th. ***

Sale items are ready to ship, and if your order consists solely of sale items, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Otherwise for made-to-order items our current processing time is 7 working days.

If you need your order to arrive before a specific day, please contact us prior to ordering and leave a note of your request in order notes. An order note box should appear in the cart page before checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

LOCAL PICK UP:


If you selected local pick up, it will be from Owls Road, Bournemouth, BH5 1AA. We will contact you to arrange the day and time for collection once your order is ready.


UK SHIPPING

Once dispatched, we expect UK orders to arrive within 1-2 or 2-4 working days, depending on the chosen shipping method. Please be aware, that during the holiday season some areas of the country may experience some delays. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.

Delivery cost is based on parcel's weight and size and is calculated at checkout. Orders are sent via the Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Outside of UK

Once dispatched, deliveries outside of the UK are typically expected to arrive within 6-7 working days. However, please be aware that international orders may experience delays due to customs.

Please be aware, that during the holiday season some areas of the country may experience some delays and parcels could be held in customs longer than usual. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY:


To check if delivery was attempted, please enter the tracking number on the tracking page of the courier which was used to ship your order:

If delivery was attempted, but no card was left, please book a free redelivery, or try to collect your parcel from the local post office. Please don't forget to bring your ID when going to collect it. Royal Mail will hold parcels for 18 days from the attempted delivery date and if not called for, parcel will be returned to us.

If delivery was attempted, please contact DPD to arrange a redelivery.


DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


If the delivery address is outside of UK, then customers might be charged additional duties and import taxes when they receive their shipments. These extra fees might be imposed by local authorities when an order arrives to the destination country and customers are responsible for paying these fees.

Not all orders are subject to duties and import taxes. Many countries or regions have a minimum order value called a de minimis, before duties and import taxes apply. To check if duties and import taxes will apply to your order please refer to your country’s tax authority or a local tax expert.

If customers fail to pay duties and import taxes, then goods will not be delivered to the destination address and will be returned to seller. In cases where orders are returned to seller due to the address being incomplete/incorrect, or duties and import taxes were not paid by a customer, the shipping charges are not refundable and additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.


INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS


Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided upon placing an order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect/incomplete. If you notice, that wrong address was entered, please notify us as as soon as possible by sending us an email to info@merakiboutiquehome.co.uk. No changes can be made after the order has been dispatched.

In cases where orders are returned to seller due to the address being incomplete/incorrect, the shipping charges are not refundable and additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
